Besides going to classes to clear those subjects in which you have failed, I suggest that you do the following.

1) Learn new a language: Most preferably German or Japanese, if you are not changing from mech engg to something else. Learn German or Japanese to enhance your career with these languages as these countries are mech and auto majors.

2) Learn new technologies: Something new never hurt anybody. Learn to build websites, graphics and so on. Go to w3schools.org and get a hang of things.

3) Learn English: I can see that you do not have great English skills. Learning English the right way would help your career a great deal.
