I m having US F1 valid visa . can i apply for other country study visa now?

If you have an F1 visa for the United States then you can only use that visa to attend the learning institution stated on your I-20 - you cannot use that F1 visa to study in either another institution or in another country.

If you wish to attend another instituion then you must re-apply all over again. If you wish to attend an institution in another country then you must re-apply and then go through another visa interview for at that countries embassy.
