it depends what level you are talking about

if degree level then your best bet is the Open University

if gcse or A levels then you can study as a private candidate but the arrangements to sit the actualk eaxm.  i assume you genuinly want to study and are not just looking for a way to get in to the country

well first of all, studying in the uk costs around 20000-40000$, just like an american univ. The 2 major differences is that they do not offer much scholarships and fellowships and the living costs are double those in the uk. So u should be well prepared financially. I can help u with one important thing for applying to a uk college. They have a common application which can be sent to 5 univ maximum. It's calle ducas and the only way to send it is through ucas.com....goodluck
