Near the newly-renovated Jalan Besah Hawker Center next to New World Centre, there's a shop sellin tim sum. Named as Rui Chun (hope i dun rem wrongly) It is sitting jus along the road, facing the McDonald's of New World Centre.

Operating from early evening, throughout the late nite till the next morning~

p/s: within walking distance to Mustafa too~
