  1. buy a computer program. You can buy them and install them into your computer and it will teach you english

  2. Watch movies with subtitles in your own language and then eventually without subtitles.

When we went to Iceland as a family once, we realized EVERYONE spoke perfect English and EVERYONE said it was just from watching TV in English and American movies.

  3. read children's books in english out loud

    watch TV in english

  4. Learn it in tuitions. Take classes. Go get a learning book in your native tongue (toungue means language).

  5. Listen music and read the music text contemporaneous

  6. You seem to be able to read English, right?

It was a good idea to mention that you are not good at it.  You're less likely to get stupid answers.  It probably would be a good thing to say that on all of your questions.

Anyway, there are many books, CD's, tapes, and Internet lessons on how to speak English.

Just choose something you think you will stick with.  Don't give up!

Also, once you think you know enough, start watching English speaking TV programs.  You probably know more words than you think.

Keep at it and you'll get it.  You an send me an email if you want.  I'll write back in English.

What country do you live in?

  7. read lots of books

  8. Where do you live? Is English commonly spoken there? Do you have friends that speak English?

The quickest way is to stop using your native tongue whenever possible. If the person you're talking to knows English, you only talk to them in English. It'll happen.

  9. talk often to people who could speak fluent english so that in the days to come...u will be able to develop ur english skills since u could be able to improve with the help of listening skills....like a friend or ur parents...etc...u could even have a tutor
