  1. The difference is the amount you pay and the time taken to finish the flying training. Indian flying schools are cheaper but take a long while to complete your flying training while abroad you pay about 20 k but finish in approx 09 months.

There is no job guarantee on finishing the training except probably if you have done it from one of the airlines sponsered institutes like spicejet or kingfisher.

Check all this and more in this site on the commercial pilot trg link - http://www.aeromedforum.bravehost.com/

  2. India has some of the finest teaching institutions anywhere in the world, aviation included. You have flying schools/clubs which impart the highest level of instruction leading up to private and commercial flying licences. Further, India has been traditionally cheaper as compared to many other countries. I would sincerely suggest that you get in touch with the regional flying clubs around your area. Evaluate them and select the one which suits you the most. I am sure you will find one which would meet with your requirements.Going out of India would neither be comparatively better nor would you achieve anything special which is already found in your country.

Since pilots is a very rare commodity, the demand for qualified pilots will always be there. If you clear your ground subjects and obtain your licences and ratings satisfactorily, you will always find a job waiting for you.

I wish you all the best.
