i have valid immigrant visa in my passport and i m travelling to lufthansa airline should i need any transist visa for my flight change from frankfurt?

You don't give enough info for me to answer you:

You don't say what passport you're travelling on (what is your citizenship) nor for which country your immigrant visa is for; Germany, US, India or somewhere else? Indeed, I'm not even sure what an immigrant visa is - you can have a tourist/business/resident's visa etc or you can be a landed immigrant in which case you don't need a visa...
