the instructions says that it needs to be connected to one of the vacumm lines of the intake manifold ... i just cant find ...

Look, you're wasting your time and money! Actual gain from these schemes is nowhere near what the suppliers claim. It's minimal at best. It's a scam.

Brown ran engines totally on water. But the energy required to break water down to hydrogen and oxygen needs ultimately to be supplied by the engine (electricity), this can only be done by burning gasoline.

Nothing is for nothing.
