Hey - i'm not sure what version of premiere you're using, but i know that on at least version 2 and CS3 you can do it very easily.

Right click the video that you want to reverse ) rewind. Click on 'speed and duration'. Then click "reverse video". Ok. There you go. Now press CTRL-M and adjust the video output settings. Give it a name and hit 'save'. All done.
