bcause there are long shifts and no personal life to enjoy . you are 24 hrs under strees bcause senior managers call you again &again whlie you sleeping or watching movies in cinema and they never let you leave the shift after your shift is over they always ask to stay on the shift so they can smoke out side while you are running shift after your shift

  1. It sounds like you already know your answer. You definately need a change. Im 21 and I live in Texas, I finished high school but didnt go to college, I was worried about what I was going to do but not enough to go back to school, lol. I just kept sending my resume with a "desired pay" note at the bottom. That way when they received it they saw how much I wanted and if they didnt want to pay it, they would waste both of our times, especially mine from taking time off of my then current job just to go on an interview that was leading to nothing. About 3 weeks later I got a call back regarding a time keeping position. Now, with no experience I do the first stages of payroll and I'm making more than I thought I would make for a long time. However, I am ready for a raise now. Maybe this is where you should start

  2. ya u must change... u know that health is wealth. u cant live ur life in so much stress... u must change ur job and dnt even go for any call center  coz it is worst than this... u r jus 23 and its the time of enjoyment. living in a so much stress can leads you in dark.. go and enjoy ur younghood and say good bye to mcd.. u have exprience of 4 yrs u can easily get a another job. best of luck.

  3. It sound like you really need a change...dont get stuck working at a Mcy's the rest of ur life...

  4. Anyone that is stuck working at Mcdonald's couldn't be hurt by a little change.

  5. Ya u should most diffentely change jobs. And i wouldn't not let them make you stay after shift. And personaly when they would call you when your at the cinema i would not answer the cell phone.

  6. I am surprised that anyone actually lasted four years at McDonald's..Maybe the problem is unique to your particular branch?

But if yuo feel that way about your job, then it's time to let go..

  7. ummmm i think you should go to college cuz it sounds like you need to get a smart people job and make some real mooollllllllllllllllaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh...

  8. man..  just suck it up.. and finish school..  DONT join the military.. and get a new fulfilling job once you grad..

  9. of course your young. the change could be good and a new experience instead of the 4 years at mcdonalds.

    and the stress?

  10. dont quit right away but get looking for another job. i worked there for two years and it was too much. there are other better jobs out there. just takes a little effort to look for one.
