I made a bet i need help?

the bet was that i will lose 25 pound this month but i have not lost a pound what can i do

  1. There is only one way exercise a lot and drink a lot of water  the same amount in ounces as you weigh everyday and only eat oatmeal for breakfast one serving it only a cup of rice for lunch with a six ounce serving of meat. Snacks are OK between meals it allows you so eat less during the meals. the snacks must be only apples, oranges or bananas. Eat dinner at six every day eating to late makes you gain weight. A late snack is OK.  Dinner should not exceed 500 calories. I followed this plan and lost forty pounds in 50 days. But i also worked out 3 hours a day  six days a week and worked full time night shift in a very physical job. But i followed the plan very strictly and your body needs a lot of water to metabolize fat.

  4. pay up. maybe the money you lost would have been earmarked for all the Mcdonalds you would have eaten next month and maybe you'll lose some weight

  5. When it comes time to weigh in get two scales. One which is set back 1 lb less than you need to lose. Then when you get off switch it with the other so they cant acuse you of having it set back. But its not nice to cheat people out of there money,but im guessing it pry your wife anyway
