I made a big mistake on my fafsa. Deadline is tonight.?

I left out the fact that my mother gets child support. the school is having eighty percent of students verfiy their fafsas so, I filled something out to give them thats look like the back of the fafsa worksheet, worksheet A, B, and C.

Now I realized the mistake I made.

Do I go back and change it.

I can not afford school without the aid.

You should go back and change it.  You can change it right on their website under "make changes to a submitted fafsa."

You are going to have to make corrections.  This is going to flag your fafsa for verification regardless of what the school does.

That said, if you and your mother have both signed the FAFSA with your PIN numbers, you'll have to wait 72 hours for it to process before you can actually get back into it and make those corrections.
