I made a mistake involving my AppData folder. Help?

I frequently empty my AppData\Local folder, because that's where my .rars go to, but this time I accidentally emptied the other two folders, too. Now some applications don't run properly. Can someone help me out?

By the way, I have my Recycle Bin set to auto-empty, so I can't restore the files.

Right click on your AppData folder (or whichever subfolder is affected) and go to Properties, then "Previous Versions". From there you can look at individual files or restore a complete backup.
