I made a video on Windows Movie Maker and it messed up. Help?

I made a video on WMM and it looked perfect so I published it to my video folder. I open the file and there is this huge green bar at the bottom. It's not ON the video it pushed the video up.

Oh and it's not that special effect where you put credits on it's just a green bar.
