I made an online purchase from a company and never received the items...what should I do?

I paid via credit card with paypal and made a resolution claim. The company is ignoring me. Will paypal be able to help me even if the company is likely gone? Have I been ripped off? What should I do?

  1. Not sure if you only e-mailed the company, but try calling them on the phone (this is from my own experience owning an e-business....sometimes e-mails do get lost in the shuffle).

    If you still get nowhere, start a dispute with your credit card company directly--skip contacting PayPal.


  2. tell paypal if they find that a purchase has been made and there gone or not answering paypal ...paypal will refund ur money
