I made bouncy balls with a Roseart Super Bouncy Ball kit, and they are all sticky. How can i make them better?

I've tried putting them in the water longer and keep them in the molds for different amounts of time, but the bouncy balls always turn out sticky.

I just made these with my 6 year old grandson and when you put each one in a separate zip lock bag, it will harden up beautifully. They are awesome.
