I made bubble tea, how do i store the extra pearls?

I made the bubbles, boiled them, and used what i needed. And so i wrapped the rest up and put it in the fridge. the next day i went to use more....they all joined together.

I need to know how to fix this...

Or how to better store them for my next batch

Freeze them. And thenthaw out when you want some more. Or use as much as you need. Then don't cook the others until you do need them
