I made my own group and it will not show up when i search for it, do you have to add keywords?

i just made my own group. and when i searched for it (a couple days later... i know it takes a couple days to show up) it will not show up unless i type the EXACT name of my group. Is there a way you can add "keywords" so that when people just search for my city it will show up? Or will it just be a couple more days?

newly created groups don't list right away, it'll be there shortly
