I made my schools team basketball last year but what can i do to catch coach's eyes as a star this year?

play like this is the last game of your life! making this mindset makes you hustle for the ball and give your best out in the game. also, don't take forced shots. if you can make plays for your teammates, then do so. if you can defend, then defend. do the things that you can do well, and show your coach that you've improved from last year, and that your worthy of the trust that he might give to you. its not just a matter of scoring, its all about making the big difference for your team's success.

If you want your coach to like you, I've got one word for you...HUSTLE. You need to be the first one up the court and the first one back. You gotta dive for balls and be aggresive in the paint, defense and offence. You're gonna have to earn your spot in the paint by boxing other centers the h**l out of your way, and that isn't easy. Show your coach that you've got heart, that's what its all about. Trust me.
