I made her angry as she was trying to move the couch. I told her that I wouldn't help her move the new one in because of her impatience.
She took it all up to herself, she tried to move the new one in, I admit that I provoked her by saying that she was scraping everything.
I offered my help, and when I did, she was very hostile and even got aggressive. I yelled at her to stop, and I also yelled that she was too impatient and that's why she was ruining things.
As soon as I saw she was getting out of line. I locked her out of the house, she threatened to break one of our windows with an umbrella, and I told her that it was fine as long as she paid for the new one.
She found her way back into the house by crawling through the bathroom window. As soon as she got to the entrance where the sofa was, I told her that she was being too unreasonable and impatient and then she started to purposely bump the furniture on the steps. I locked her out again and later, my sister spotted her crying.
She went out, I'm pretty sure she didn't go too far out, but I only can guess that she went to her friend's place.
What should I do?
What can I do to apologize?
