Question:

I made "Chiken TIkka Masala", an Indian dish with sour cream. Curry started to ferment. Ok to eat?

Dish was left outside in room temperature for a few hours. Noticed bubbles in the curry. I also noticed a mild change in taste; it was a bit more sour.

  1. my family is from Pakistan, and we make this too, its to marinate on chicken.

    If i were you, i wouldnt eat it cuz it might ruin the taste of the chicken. So just put it to waste :)
