  1. As christnp stated, "by adding dairy products". You can use milk, cream cheese or cottage cheese. If you have a problem with dairy products, you can add a milk substitute or non dairy creamer.

    You'll be surprised how just a little bit of any one of these will make the sauce seem even better.

  6. Dairy products or sugar will correct something that's too spicy.  You can choose either one or both, in this case.  You can add more sugar to the spaghetti sauce.  Or you can add cheese to the final dish, or mix cream into the sauce.

  7. All helpful but who wants sugary sauce, ad a can of tomato paste or 1/2 diluted with a bit of water, even adding some tomato juice with it is fine, sugar will mask the heat for a short time but it will come screaming back eventually, I am a former chef and know these things

  8. The protein in dairy products has a special ability to reduce the burn of spicy foods.  If you use the sauce in a dish with cheese, or add cream, it will feel much less spicy.  

  9. Increase  the other ingriedient which u added before ....i m d**n sure adding sugar will spoil ur whole sphegetti sauce?

  10. Add more tomato and just a dash of sugar. Alternatively, you could keep it in the fridge for a day and then add kidney beans (tinned is ok) cook and serve with wild rice and voila... chili con carne!
