I made the mistake of buying my specialized rock hopper pro disc 2008 from my local bike shop, and they have?

fitted Avid juicy 3 instead of 5 ( according to the specifications on the specialized 2008 catalogue).

what can I do about this? please help. ( U.K)

  3. 1st thing to do is talk to the shop owner or manager. Ask what the deal is and what they are willing to do. Many bike companies change specs on same year bikes. Check the site for the disclaimer. The dealer has no control over the website specs. and it's highly unlikely they switched brakes - it's not worth their trouble.

    I'd guess you saw the bike you were buying and unless it had the 5s on it to begin with you got the bike you were looking at.
