I sent someone a PS2 on ebay and used insurance and priority and tracking number. It says on USPS website that it was delivered to their home already. They say they were home all day and it never got there. What do I do?

  1. Be careful. This may be a scam. Some people buy high value items and then claim they never received them, so they can get their refund AND keep the item.

If it was insured, and they really never got it, it's their responsibility to make a claim with the Post Office. It's between them and USPS at this point.

As long as you can furnish proof that you used Delivery Confirmation, PayPal will not make you refund the price. You aren't responsible for what happens to an insured, trackable package after it leaves your hands.

  2. maybe their neighbor got it.

  3. Don't worry, UPS will have proof of delivery, and/or responsible for the counsel.

I would contact UPS, soon as possible.
