  1. simple get up 1 hour before ur normal time

tat shd help change ur clock time mobile time everything by 1 hour early soon u will get used to tat timing and work . but in reality ur ahead by 1 hour

  2. I have a brother ,he's always late...  his wife left him ... for this is one of the reasons..

well, in this world there are somethings others can help but there are something which we call

    Self-decipline ,self-control,

initially when my parentsi waited for him & appt. is fix @6pm. He's always late ! he turn up probably 1-1.30mins late.

'cause everyone is hungry ,so everyone is mad, so what I did,e.g.when I intend him to show up @6pm .I lied & postphone the time to 5pm.

2 hrs prior our appt.I give him a 'reminder' call to his handphone.

1 hrs prior to our appt. Itold his son to remind him as well.

45mins prior, I will call his hse to check with his maid to confirm he's out of the hse. ('cause the travelling time is about 30 mins time)

if he's late, I'll get angry & have a talk with him...

punctuallity is very impt. regardless if it concern friends, colleagues, business, esp. & particularly in relationship. some one commented that if that person treasure  yr relationship (they normally will show up eariler than the arranged appt. time.

    now, he has shown improvement.

    Concentration ?

some people lost concentration because they have too many chores, or choices. Setting yr priority is impt.

List the 'Top 10', & then differeniate which are the most must do things that u need it done "Today", & the least impt.to be complete for  tommorrow.

probably cutting down some unnecessary wants may help.

Last but not least if u spend more than 2 hrs daily at yr laptop,l would suggest u take a break for '10 mins' look away from the screen. & avoid spending too much time on the mobile . ...bear in mind that there are 'radiation'.

I still remember  reading an 'article' the other day,  on 2 separate occasions, 2 teenager was playing computer games for more than 24 hrs -48 hrs & later he was found collapsed & dead.

Pls take care ! Life is too short to take that risk! do u agreed ?

Playing computer games is 'addictive' just like drugs ....that why u need self-declipline .. . otherwise u might need someone fierce & tough to control u  i.e. someone that u're afraid or fear to offend...e.g.father,spouse,b-g friend..  to assists u in this matter.

  3. join the army to get some discipline in your bones

  4. http://www.newweblinks.co.cc/

  5. Set your plans to be more realistic and gradually do more.

  6. i think getting up early will put u into a good concentration

  7. Dont worry be happy. Take your time. Observe yourself. Note how many things you can do in a day. Do this for a week/2. Make timetable accordingly. Your work ability will be different on different days depending on your freshness and mood. Keep as many breaks as you want. Make conditions soundless when you want to concentrate - this is difficult. Just remember what to do and how to prioritize. Make timetables flexible - interchanging of tasks as per mood/energy. Understand - Everyone has his/her own speed of learning and doing things. Too many ingredients will spoil the dish.

  8. Go to a Concentration Camp.

  9. Making plans and timetables will not help. Starting early is a possible solution.

About concentration, try Yoga. It is still the best.

    (Kevin G, thats a good one !)

  10. Hi, This is serious, if you are having problems concentrating and there is no obvious reason like having partaken of alcohol the prevoius night etc and your ability to follow even simple plans of action/to do lists is falling by the wayside then you need to have professional help, the sooner the better.

Lack of sleep can have many detrimental effects one of which is lack of ability to concentrate.

If you are also experiencing other health related issues, i.e. headaches, general malaise, flashing lights in your head, lightheadedness etc. then there is almost certainly something wrong with you and I suggest that you get it seen to sooner than later.

It may be something as simple as low iron in your blood (Still, low iron can be life threatening if left untreated) or you could be developing a more serious disease (How are your energy levels? are you finding yourself fatigued a lot? are your sleep patterns all over the place?)

I myself have diabetes, sleep apnoea and fibromyalgia and one of the things I had major problems with was what you describe in your question, I only wish that I had gotten treatment for them much sooner.

Hopefully in your case it is something simple and easily treated, either way don't wait till it becomes life threatening.

    Good Luck.

  11. do this...use short goals...and for each goal completed rewaurd urself with something...and if u fail then punish yourself....and always think i am not lazy...write it everywhere...if u cnt do anything if u feel lazy...abuse urself...force urself...

  12. The best thing you can do is "meditation" to increase your concentration. Make some simple plans and time table which you can follow.

  13. you need to gradually develop a plan

  14. You can make as many time tables as you want but you need to look at them every day.

You really need to keep checking back to them.

I carry a diary with me everyday as I work at 2 different branches and need to be kept updated on both, so I'm kind of working at both every day.

    Hope this helps!
