how can i set this? what is the html code for this or something like that? i want that people have to register in my site....help me friends.

you can do this for free with Joomla, you can visit http://jgiff.net and get a free hosting account, get  free domain ten setup Joomla with very little effort.

well you need a form and scripts. you can't do it by simple .html i don't think.

google search it and look for pre-made scripts.

This will require extensive knowledge of languages like php, because login stuff will have to be processed on the server. HTML is just a static language, and can only do stuff on the client side.
