I married to a us citizen and we are living in the States. what visa should i get to stay here?

depends on the type of visa that  you have. if you want to obtain your citizenship you have to wait until you 2 or 5 years after your marriage.

unless they changed the law you don't have to do anything,you married a U.S. citizen and that makes you a citizen also,same as if an illegal immigrant has a child on American soil,the child automaticly becomes a U.S. citizen
