I married to a us citizen and we are living in the States. what visa should i get to stay here?

    Clean legal records.

    Pay your taxes and dues

  3. depends on the type of visa that  you have. if you want to obtain your citizenship you have to wait until you 2 or 5 years after your marriage.

  4. unless they changed the law you don't have to do anything,you married a U.S. citizen and that makes you a citizen also,same as if an illegal immigrant has a child on American soil,the child automaticly becomes a U.S. citizen

  5. If you wish to have legal residence status in the US, so that you would never need another student or visit (non-immigrant) visa, then your US citizen spouse should petition for you to become a Lawful Permanent Resident.
