What is the average weight for an individual of my height?
How soon can I loose 20-30 pounds starting September 1st within 3-6 months? If that sounds a bit unrealistic, which I completely understand, then how soon can I loose 20lbs within 6 months
I do have a relatively decent amount of muscle mass but my fat is 27%-30% of my body- i checked
Recently I have been working out at home doing bicep curls, triceps and a little bit of my back. My biggest problem is I do not have the ability to run due to a surgery which happened one month ago
By early September it seems like I should be getting back on my feet, what do you re-co the type of food I should stay away from, how many hours per week i should hit the gym/ days. I also work 80 hours per week as a stockbroker so its a heck of a lot tougher then you folks think :) ... Thanks for the info, very much appreciated
