Ted Whitten in 1961 and d**k Reynolds in 1943 were captain, coach, best & fairest and led the side in goal kicking.

New question--who is the only player to win the Morrish Medal (B&F for under 19's), Gardiner Medal (B&F in the reserves) and the Brownlow Medal. I guess it may be too easy, maybe not.

Sidetracking for a minute.

I accompanied a Gardiner Medal winner to a function to receive his medal  quite a few years ago.

Oddly enough his club always overlooked him for the seniors.

Brilliant rover too.

Aaaah  well, we all go our different ways.
