and she said id have to wait 90 days after i get off probation. i got off probation early (last monday) and also had the misdemeanor expunged. Do i still have to wait 90 days? my recruiter is busy and i would appreciate any suggestions you might have. i want to enlist as soon as possible.

Shouldn't be a problem.  Take to your recruiter about getting a waiver for the misdemeanor if you're really worried about it.  And your credit report is your problem, not the military's.  Mine's completely bonkers and they never said a word to me about it.

You may be able to get a waiver to enter active duty especially since it was expunged. Call your recruiter and update them on your status. Good luck.
