I messed up the answers in DS-156 form ? need major help here?

the thing is

see number 20 , I put none since I do not go to any unvi or job at the moment !! i took this semster off so I can see which american unvi ill go to and work on my schorlaship.

my friend said i should put the name of the american unvi

and number 21 : i put " unemployed" but i have been accepted to an american UNiv tho .

number 29 : i dont remember exactly , but idk

number 28: i put my goverment

and I didnt put any home phone numbers i dont want my family to know, so i Only put my cell phone number and its always available.

PLEASE THIS ISNT A LONG Q, JUST LOOK AT THE FORM PLEASE BEFORE ANSWER

Your friend means well (there are always people out there who think they know the best way to manipulate the answers,,,), but it seems that you answered the questions properly for # 20 and #21.  For # 28, if your government is paying for your trip, that is the correct answer -  you will be expected to bring supporting documentation to your visa appointment.  For #29, put as close a date as you can remember -  check your passport for dates on the stamps.  And your cell phone number is fine for now  - you can explain your circumstances at the interview.
