  2. Friendship can't be build overnight. You can exchange emails, talk over phone, plan to meet, hangout together....that way you get to know each other better, and if you click right away you could become best of friends.  

  3. just be nice to her and ask her if she wants to do something like go to a movie or go to your house. if you see her round, start up a conversation

    lol, i just came back from band camp today and met a guy i would like to be more than friends with...haha
