He wants to switch lives temporarily, but I'm not sure whether or not if I should take the risk.. What would you do? Obviously his Earth is much like ours except more advanced scientifically.. He needs a vacation from himself, so he says.. I'm not sure if he is that trustworthy.. although he is myself.. and pretty darn good looking. It could be a trick, maybe his world is on the brink of disaster. I just don't know what to do..

I've heard of this sort of thing happening lately, but I wouldn't announce it anywhere besides here unless you want to be committed! Your instincts serve you well. If this is indeed what I have been hearing about, then yes his world is at war with foreseen impending doom. He wants to steal your life, not borrow it! For the sake of argument if I found my double from an alternate reality and he wanted to switch lives the first thing I would want to know is how messed up is his life? - cause my life really isn't all that great. And if he wants to switch my life for his, that might mean something is up.
