I met her in first week of college, found out she has a bf?

i just started college a week ago, i met a girl we'll call jessica for now. in my college we have this thing where its like jhs where u have class with the same 20-25 ppl for at least freshmen yr in college. I started to flirt with her, got her sn, always went places wit her during breaks, like to get coffee, just walk around, etc. One of the girls even asked if i was going out with jessica which i said no. I asked y would she think that and she said it was because i was always with her. She wore a ring some of the days which i thought was just an accessory and i culd tell she felt uncomfortable whenever i talked about going back to my place. Today i was lookin for her on facebook, and saw she had a bf. Now i feel kinda bummed and i want to start going for the other girls in my class but im stuck because on one hand im going to feel bad about ditching her cuz im the only one she talks to, on the other hand i dont want to waste my time or be a home wrecker. help please? (i still want her if possible)

notes: her bf live in the same city, like visitable distance if that makes sense

You're giving this way too much thought. She has a boyfriend. It's in your best interest to move on.  Don't feel bummed at all. You're not the only one she talks to. Again, she has a boyfriend.

If it's meant to be then you guys will become a couple. Don't waste anymore brain cells about this. I am sure there is someone else to like and date.

Keep talking to her but get a different female friend. Preferably in the same class. Eventually she'll have problems with her bf and that's you're chance to be the friend that helps her through it.
