all dog's shed.  There is nothing you can do about it.  Anything with hair sheds.  I would say toy poodle.

A Yorkshire Terrier is the second smallest breed Chihuahua being the first. Chihuahua's shed, and Yorkies do not. Yorkies have hair, not fur. You would need to cut it, or get it cut when it gets long, or you could just grow it out, and give the dog different hair styles.

I have a yorkie poo (yorkie-poodle mix) , and he doesn't shed at all! And he is fully grown and weighs 9 pounds. And absolutely adorable!

I have a Pomeranian who doesn't shed much at all... Keep in mind though that smaller breeds have LOTS of energy, and require lots of attention... and they also need to be let out to go to the bathroom more often.

Get a Shiba Inu... They're awesome. Never have to get them groomed. Just bathe them occassionally

I would say a poodle, they are the best breed for people with allergies and it is my understanding that they do not shed alot..

Bichon Frise's are small and do not shed, they look like little cotton balls, but very hyper.

Dachshunds (Weiner dogs) are really great dogs. They dont shed, are easy to take care of and just a joy to have. oh and very cute :] Hope this helps you

i would not get anything crossed with a poodle, contrary to belief, the poodle is a non sheder, if crossed with another dog it has only 50% chance of non shedding if the other half of the dog sheds.....
