I might go to mexico city and morelia after christmas and i wanted to know?

if its like LA the stores with name brand etc? and in the piramid does it have a aztec store i can buy stuff there? and how much should i bring if i end up going my parents will pay for food room etc i just need for spending/shopping? thanks

Clothes in Mexico are extremely expensive--throughout the entire year. There are no day-after-Christmas sales here.

I'd just do window shopping if I were you.

When it comes to brand stores the only ones you will find are the real expensive ones, like Hugo Boss, Gucci, Louis Vutton,

Stores like Hollister or other doesn´t exist in Mexico, you can buy brands in Mexico, but not all the ones that you are use too,

Generally stores are  as expensive like Dillards or Macys merchandise, but there are not big sales all the time like in the USA,  so is not a place to go shopping for clothes, Electronics for example cost like 30% more than in the USA.

However there are a lot of things like indian crafts around the pyramids or a T-shirt or a cap, that could be a cool souvenir that you can take back home.

having this in mind I will say  100 usd will do, and you will bring back plenty of souvenirs.
