if you sell a truck you dont own then that is theft...GRAND theft to be exact...if you cant pay for it then turn it in...or get caught and face the music and ruin your credit as well

I'd say slap a for sale sign on it and post it on craigslist.com That's the best way. But I think it may be illegal and they repo man still might be able to track it down and take it from whoever you get to buy it..

Put a for sale sign on it with your phone number clearly written incase you're driving it and someone is interested. You can also list it on www.craigslist.com. You would need to explain to the buyer that you still owe on it and will make the pay off using the money they are buying it with so the title will be delayed for a couple of weeks. They may be satisfied doing a bill of sale or something while waiting for the title to come in. You will need to make the pay off payment immediately to avoid having the truck repo-ed from the new owner. Act quickly- you don't want a repo on your credit report.
