i was raped by my ex boyfriend 5 months ago we have 3 children together

and we were together for 7 years he was always violent to me and towards the end of the relationship i didnt even fell as if i loved him anymore! but now its been 5 months and i really miss him? its so hard because i have my 5 year old keeps asking to see him! i dont even know if she is allowed? i know im not supposed to contact him but ive been speaking to him on the phone and he really wants to c the kids what do i do?

i know i could never get back with him i just want all this stress to go away and us to be friends again the court case is in November and i dont know if i can do it?
