im trying to apply for a credit card right now and it seems they always decline my application. is there any bank or company that will approve me..i tried chase,citi.american express..

The missed mortgage payments are probably appearing on your credit report and are ruining your chances of getting approved for a credit card.

Second, applying for a credit card to pay for a mortgage is only delaying the inevitable. You need to do any of the following:

(1) ask for a workout agreement from your current mortgagor given your tenuous financial situation and missed mortgage payments;

(2) find a roommate to help you pay for your mortgage;

(3) sell your house to get from under the mortgage that you can not pay; or

(4) move into a smaller house or apartment until your financial situation stabilizes.

Paying for the roof over your head should be a number one priority. You didn't bother to pay your mortgage for two months. The credit card companies are pretty sure you won't pay them better.

wow there is a lot of people giving answers and they have no clue what they are talking about. it is absolutely possible for you to still get a credit card just apply online and compare the offers apply for the card that best describes your credit.

I agree with all these other comments. I was baffled when I saw this question. You must be joking. Or seriously unethical, and you have a lot to learn. Start by getting real about your financial situation.

Your kidding right?

You don't even make you home mortgage payment for 2 months and actually expect someone to give you a credit card so you can not pay them too.

After 2 years of answering questions I really did not think anyone could ask anything that would shock me, but you sir take the cake.
