Maybe...but the only way to know right NOW for sure is if you go to the doctor and have a bloodtest.

Also consider life factors. A year ago, my FH and I were in the process of buying our first home. Very stressful! Needless to say, I missed my period for a month. I went to the doctor to make sure I was not  pregnant. Luckily for me, I wasn't. The doc told me that stress can zap your cycle for a time.

Stress could be key, have a friend who is always late, very stressed with 3 kids. Take a test for sure, or go see your doctor.

THere are more factors than just missing your period that would tell you one way or another.

You will be fatigued, and would be getting a little tighter in the bra area.

If you are truly worried then I would suggest getting a test.

More than likely if you are worried then it is possible that you maybe.
