I've been sick <cancer effects> so I haven't been on much lately. I wanted to add to LL wonderful answer. Ironic as it is I see the most disturbance coming from these upper players. I do play leagues and am a formidable opponent. I don't sand bag and see being raised a rank only means I get to play that much more pool. Getting to Johnny’s question about upper players and slop...slop for the upper player is no advantage because things rarely occur that were not intended. Lets face it, how many "upper players" turns the cue ball loose flying around the table which is what normally achieves the "slop shot". I get great reward out of awing these newer players with shots that dazzle their minds. I love hearing "DID YOU SEE THAT?" Where are you going to experience that in pro ranks? What ticks me off is those whining players without boundaries as to what they will do to win. Why don't they just enjoy the game & cheers and skip all the drama!
