I missed a court date yesterday!!!!?

Question

About two months ago I was caught fishing without a license( I had a license, just didn't have it on me). I am going to go into court tomorrow to hopefully clear this up. I am probably going to get arrested since I missed the court date. But I didn't even break the law in the first place!!!! I live in Illinois. Anyone know anything that I can do?

By missing court you were adjudicated EX Parte guilty and you will pay a fine and if you did not have a good excuse for missing court you may get some community service on top of it.~

I'm not an expert in the field of law, but common sense tells me that your not breaking the law in the first place is a moot point since you did break the law by missing court. The outcome? I don't know. I would think it depends on the laws of your state, but I really doubt it will be anything major. I mean, we're talking about a fishing license here. They have more important things to deal with. I wouldn't sweat it too much, and just take it as it comes. It won't be anything big though...
