I'm not taking it to prevent pregnancy, just so you know, it's to regulate periods, and I'm taking Loestrin. Should I just skip the one I missed or take two today?

  1. As long as you only missed one day, you take the pill you missed as soon as you think about it, and then take today's at your regular time.

  2. You should call your obgyn office and just ask to speak to the nurse in the office.  They will just check your medical file to make sure your doctor hasn't made any notes in there about any health issues you have, then tell you what to do.

  3. skipp!

    dont double dose

  4. Take two. And make sure to brush up on what to do when you miss one!

  5. Take 2 today. You will spot otherwise. I am almost certain that that's what the insert instructs you to do.

  6. Take 2 today. If you miss a dose you're supposed to take the one you missed the next day along with the one for that day.

  7. my dr says when this happens, take the one you forgot to take ASAP, and take the one you're supposed to take that day, on your normal schedule.

never skip a pill unless you've missed 3+ days, then you need to talk to your dr b/c usually taking 3+ pills all at once will make you vomit.
