I missed a period. what does it mean? i haven't done anything sexual.?

okay. well i'm 4-5days late for my period this month. i haven't done anything sexual since april of this year. i had a period last month, it lasted 5 days. why haven't i got it yet? i've been getting little cramps on and off, but no blood. please, i need answers. ='[

Stress can delay a period and then once it's late you'll stress because it's late and then it'll take forever to come. If you know you aren't pregnant than you need to relax so your body can regulate. If you don't get it soon you should talk to your doctor and maybe switch birth control.

can be just stress or just a cycle change-happens to me sometimes when i am really stressed or its too hot or too cold, dont worry.

idk how old you are but it takes some time for it to regulate. so some irregular stress or extensive exercise can make it go away. just wait a few days try to calm down

Sometimes your hormones just get imbalanced if you change eating habits or are stressed or any number of things can throw them off so don't worry, just irregular right now. It may just be delayed too since you are getting cramps and you'll get it later. If you stay around girls for a long period of time sometimes your whole cycle changes to fit theirs too. None of us know how old you are but if you're still in early teens if can take a little while for your cycle and hormones to regulate but even if you are older it can still get thrown off easily.

It's probably just stress but test just to be sure.  some women do have a period for a few months even if they are pregnant

5 days late is nothing.

Sometimes mine goes missing for a month or two and comes back. It's really nothing to worry about.
