I missed the act registration, can i still take it ?

i missed the late registration for the act test and i was wondering if i can still take somehow, and if i do go there and they do let me take because they have room who do i pay and do i pay cash, credit, or check

Technically...you can't 'register' for it but you can show up at the testing center 15-30 minutes early as a stand by and pray that some people sleep in, which usually happens. After you take the test, ACT sends you a bill and you can pay them via mail.
