...the owner advised me to take my pictures to an agent as she says I am gorgeous and should get more work from this.

My issue? Well, I have been doing my research into good local model agencies...and they all require a picture with no make-up...I look great with my make-up and photogenic too, but I am so unsure whether anyone would sign me make-up free!!!

For the make-up free pictures, is it okay to wear a slight bit of make-up just to get rid of blemishes?

Thanks!!

  1. for makeup free pictures, they basically want to see what you look like naturally and without really bright eye makeup etc. for a lot of agencies it is okay to just wear some cover-up to cover your blemishes but keep it natural. :)

  2. if you don't look good without makeup you shouldn't even be modeling

  3. No...they want to see you as a blank canvas, no make-up and no wild hairstyles...all proper modelling agencies require a profile photo with no make-up.

Soooo.... send it in with no make-up even if you have a blemish, because if they see you have make-up on they wont take a second glance no matter how pretty you are they'll just bin it....modelling agencies get hundreds of photos a day and they will just dismiss ones that don't meet there PHOTO requirements.

    GOODLUCK
