I moved into a house a few weeks ago, like to go outside to smoke but get attacked by flying bugs, help!!?

Just bought a house, like to go outside and smoke at night and get mauled by flying bugs! There are street lights but i dont keep any outside house lights on at night. The area where i live is still considered in the city(one of the top 20 in size in the usa), i am by a decent amount of trees but no forrest. I come inside from smoking and find tons of them crawling or eating me. Help me get rid of them please!! Oh i also found a black widow on my back porch and have a 10 month old, rock on!

Get yourself a bug zapper and plug it in a hour or two before dark. Then maybe when you go out after dark to smoke, maybe they will all be zapped.
