  1. In short, as long as the payments are still coming for her car... No. If payments are late or stop coming altogether, then she will be affected.


  2. Yes it will....she's legally bound to up hold the payments since you co-signed for her.

  3. No.  She's not filing.  Besides, loans with specific collateral are usually no included in a bankruptcy, so, afterward, you still may be responsible as cosigner.
