If I stray one bit from a "normal routine" I am extremely sensitive to the change and my life becomes disabling. For instance a night without sleep means the next day I sleep the whole day and never truly wake up. The next day inertia has set in and I am tense, out of it, depressed and bewildered. It usually take caffeine and pain pills to get going again. Another example is when I get a real good workout. That day I feel great. The next day I'm sore and can't hardly get out of bed. Once again I'm tense, tired, and bewildered. The third day after exercising I am even more sore. Once again it takes caffeine and pain pills to get me going again. The only way to avoid these situations is to live the same everyday and only workout very lightly. But I just haven't got the hang of life yet. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  1. Just don't think about it.

  2. a night without sleep is definitely not good

can cause a lot of problems

caffeine and pain meds are not a good combination

    how about something natural

and don't overdo it when you exercise

a little a day is better

taking care of your health, eating healthy, taking vitamins and getting enough sleep, relaxation, some enjoyment, fun in life will help you feel better

    take care and good luck

  3. my behaviours and mood changes let some of my friends believe i am bi polar..

i guess my ego and culture background get in the way.

i am waiting for other folks to answer you..as for sure i could use some help too.

    good luck  my friend

  4. same here for a long, long time. you just resolve to keep on working on it and try to end any kind of pills. try to eat right and stay away from things that bug you. resolve you will not quit. like any real fighter learns, anybody can dish it out but a real fighter can take it. you have to accept you gonna take a few hits every day. if you have a good day, just pray another will come along soon. life is about staying out of trouble and avoiding sucker punches. don't quit.

eye of the tiger. work on good karma all the time.like, do the right thing.

  5. just stay bewildered

  6. dont over react just go with the flow of things

  7. Too much exercise causes stress, which produces cortisol, and can cause depression. Have a standard, light exercise regimen, involving a little aerobics, stretching exercises, and strength work: nothing too ambitious.

There is nothing wrong in having a daily plan, and sticking to it, but it is a good idea to work in some variety, occasionally, as long as it won't affect you adversely. This may include things like seeing a movie, or eating out, or visiting friends.

It's not a good idea to become reliant on caffeine or analgesics. I use a mixture containing mostly decaf, after my first, and only full strength cuppa, on awakening. Caffeine should be avoided, 6 hrs prior to bedtime. Pain killers should be alternated, on a daily basis, and taken only when necessary.

Section 2, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris shows ones to avoid, (1st 3 pages) and section 10 addresses bipolar disorder (view page O first).

  8. I feel your pain. Being a housewife is sometimes difficult. I realize you see in the news about women drowning their infant children in the bathtub. Very sad. Remember to not harm your children. If you must hurt someone.....wait till he is asleep. Get the chainsaw out and then crank it up with the blade next to his throat. He will love you forever. The power you feel at that moment will end your bipolar nonsense. Good luck.
