  1. Every year on my son's birthday I write him a letter just telling him about the year we had and how much he has grown. I would just write about how much you have enjoyed teaching her new things and watching her grow. I think she will look back and love hearing about how she was when she was little. Good luck and just write from the heart.

  2. say something about how special the time you've spent with her has been, how much she's grown since the first time you met, and how you look forward to watching her grow up.

she might not understand it all now, but as she gets older, she'll look back on your card and remember her fun, loving nanny with fondess.

her parents will also appreciate that you care for her so much.

but still... if you can, keep it short and sweet
